When did the fall of Satan take place?

The Bible gives the following order of events in which Satan fell:

First:  The creation of the heavens and the earth, including angels.  Genesis 1:1; Colossians 1:16; Psalm 148:2-6

Second: The preparation of the earth for human beings. Genesis 1:3-25; Job 38:4-7; Gen 1:26-27

Third: The formation of a man (Adam) from the dust of the earth, and his wife (Eve). Genesis 2:7,21-23

Fourth:  God’s declaration that all he had made was “very good.” Gen 1:31-2:1

Fifth: The fall of the angel “Morning Star” (‘Lucifer’; Satan) through pride from heaven to earth, along with fallen angels (demons).  Isaiah 14:12-15; Ezek 28:13-17; Genesis 3:1; Rev. 12:9; 20:2; 2 Peter 2:4; Jude 6

Sixth:  The temptation by Satan and the fall of Adam and Eve.  Genesis 3:1-7; Gen 3:20; Romans 5:12-19; 2 Corinthians 11:3; 1 Tim 2:13
